Assam Rules of Executive Business, 1968 (Ammendments)

ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR OF ASSAM
NOTIFICATION


No.AR.47/89/Pt.II/22: In exercise of power conferred by clause (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Assam is pleased to amend the Assam Rules of Executive Business, 1968, published under No.ABP.38/60/155 dated 5-3-1969, hereinafter referred to as the said Rules in the manner hereinafter appearing:


Short title and Commencement: 1(i) These Rules may be called the Assam Rules of Executive Business (Amendment), 2003
They shall come into force at once.
Amendment of Rule 54.C(c): In Rules 54.C(c) of the said Rules, the words "Rs.1.00 lakh" shall be deleted and "Rs 15.00 lakhs" be substituted.
Insertion: A new sub clause 54.C(e) shall be inserted immediately after the contents of sub-clause 54.C(d) followed by "54.C(e)". In cases of full or partial disinvestment in any State Public Sector undertaking, the administrative department shall consult the Public Enterprises Department.
