IThe Governor of Assam is pleased to nominate the Principal Secretary / Commissioner & Secretary, Public Enterprises Department as one of the members of the Board of Directors of the State Public Sector Undertakings with paid-up capital of above Rs.4.00 (Four) crores to represent the Public Enterprises Department in the Board meetings etc. with effect from the date of issue of notification and until further orders. In case Commissioner & Secretary, PE is in the management of any of the PSU and in absence of Principal Secretary / Commissioner & Secretary, the Adviser (Finance), Public Enterprises Department is to represent the Department in the Board meetings.

Das, Adviser (Finance) of the Public Enterprises Department as one of the members of the Board of Directors of the State Public Sector Undertakings with paid-up capital of Rs.4.00 (Four) crores and below to represent the Public Enterprises Department in the Board meetings etc. with effect from the date of issue of notification and until further orders.
