Closure notification of Cachar Sugar Mills Ltd.

- NOTIFICATION -

Dated Dispur the 27th April, 2007

No. PE.8/2005/ 79 : With a view to bring about a reform in the State Public Sector, it is herewith notified that the following State Public Sector Undertaking (SPSU) have been decided to be closed under Assam Governance Public Resource Management Program (AGPRMP) – Reform of Public Sector Enterprises. The land will revert to the Revenue Department for ensuring safety of the land. Proposal of the administrative department for utilization of the land will get priority if submitted within one year of such reversion to Revenue Department.
